Do you find the behavior and language of some children appalling?

I am absolutely blown away by certain children when I'm in the stores or virtually any public place. Their manners are often deplorable and they are incredibly rude, disrespectful and swear like nobodie's business. I'm not pertaining to all children just the ones that are veritable little imps that have potty mouths, etc.,
I am not judging anyone I am merely making a statement. To the person who took exception, honestly if you don't like it then please don't respond. It's a public forum and freedom of speech prevails. I don't throw stones at anyone. I only know what I hear and see and it's rather sad. I'm a health care professional myself. Have a good night everyone. Cheers

I believe its the parents now a days..Maybe in this fast paced world they dont take the time to be parents. Also i think they try to hard to be their fruend when kids need guidence more..Tbey have frinds raise yiur children to be respectful and undestanding..

I always want to know what is wrong with the parents, especially with younger children. Do they just not care?

I made a comment in jest about hitting the parents. I did that because I know it isn't the child's fault. I do however believe the parent has some blame when bad behavior pops up and nothing is done about it. That can't be a great breading ground for good behavior. I know that there are a lot of great books out there on this subject. I would just like to know which one says that the person being annoyed is to blame. That is all I want.
Thank you for your responses and I have definitely heard them in the playground at the schools it's sad to hear that sort of language coming from children mouths. I too often wonder about the parents and then again social media and peer pressure even among children obviously exists. Not everyone follows the same guidelines when it comes to structure and monitoring what they watch on television either.

[c=#4C0073]It's not always the parents. Some children pick it up from the playground or even the daycare. When they are small its hard to stop it because they are just learning language and a lot of the time they don't understand what's wrong with using, what to them is just, a new word especially if they can get attention or a reaction from people by using it.[/c]

What I find is parents don't take the time to parent anymore, so therefore the children are left to raise themselves from an early age, Youtube becomes their babysitter and they practice the speech they hear at home. It's sad, but they are innocent, it's the adults in their life's who are to blame.

You can't really do anything to the kids because it's not their fault. IF you have a problem with it hit the parent's. Hit them hard and repeatedly. So that their great grand children will feel it. LOL

@jaggedlittlepill what is your solution? The patient world is asking? I read your response. That is true in some situations. Not all. I am just the lowly uneducated.
