Do you find the behavior and language of some children appalling?

I am absolutely blown away by certain children when I'm in the stores or virtually any public place. Their manners are often deplorable and they are incredibly rude, disrespectful and swear like nobodie's business. I'm not pertaining to all children just the ones that are veritable little imps that have potty mouths, etc.,

I believe its the parents now a days..Maybe in this fast paced world they dont take the time to be parents. Also i think they try to hard to be their fruend when kids need guidence more..Tbey have frinds raise yiur children to be respectful and undestanding..
