Do you find the behavior and language of some children appalling?

I am absolutely blown away by certain children when I'm in the stores or virtually any public place. Their manners are often deplorable and they are incredibly rude, disrespectful and swear like nobodie's business. I'm not pertaining to all children just the ones that are veritable little imps that have potty mouths, etc.,

What I find is parents don't take the time to parent anymore, so therefore the children are left to raise themselves from an early age, Youtube becomes their babysitter and they practice the speech they hear at home. It's sad, but they are innocent, it's the adults in their life's who are to blame.
