why is pro wrestling fake instead of real?

@beckys501s in the 70s and 80s a lot of them didnt make much money wrestling was their weekend gig they had regular jobs during the week

I've read that in the comments of some wrestling matches on YouTube. In the squash matches some of those jobbers took a hell of a beat down for very little money
