I walked around in a Walmart store near my house for about an hour and a half yesterday morning, stayed that long to get some exercise. I walked about 18 blocks on Saturday afternoon. Doesn’t sound like much but I had multiple surgeries on the same day in the first week of October so still healing up.

When i got up this morning, that was 1/2 a push-up. when I lay down again to sleep, that's the other 1/2.

Used a treadmill and a rowing machine yesterday morning🙂🙂

Last night at the gym. Did several sets of bicep curls, triceps pull downs, incline and decline bench presses, and barbell squats. On both machines and free weights. Cool down on the bicycle.
