No. What natural skills do you need to play video games other than your thumbs

@TurtleEclipseOfTheHeart I don't play them but hand eye coordination, anticipation are a couple I can think of.

If there are no natural skills...why are some people naturally better at it than others?
The fact is that these games compete on a level that most people will never be able to. Same as professional sports.
It's not the same skills as run fast or throw good but undeniably there are skills both inherent and practiced, same as sports.
But actually many of the skills overlap: Obviously reaction time is important, spatial awareness and understanding of where your teammates are, strategy, balancing offense and defense, coordination and so on.
But that's not really the question, is it?
I haven't asked if [i]playing[/i] video games is the same as playing a sport.
I've asked how watching a professional play video games is different than watching a professional play a sport.
