@GerOttman that would be considered a personal attack a suspect who doesn't know the victim wouldn't be up close or personal during a killing. They would definitely find and locate everyone in the victim circle until they rule out suspects in the case she would be number one suspect
@GerOttman That would be because of a lack of witnesses, DNA, suspects or waiting for new evidence, etc. Even if it takes 30 years or more the case can be potentially solved
@Souls one jusf gof solved neafby after almost 40 yearx. It happens ut someone also solved another recently buf after the guy who did it died. Technically he got away with it.
