I don't think "excessive" or "toxins" mean what you think they do.

When I did track in high school we had to run bleachers and do sprints when it was really hot outside. I threw up after that workout
Felt sick 😷 but didn't throw up.
A few times, yes.


When I used to exercise that is. The only exercise I get these days is the walk to and back from the fridge

During track season I would always throw up during the first week and occasionally after sprinting the 400.

I have the worst time I was conditioning w my trainer, it happens when your body is not used to it
That's how you know it's working. You're expelling weakness.
