Central Intelligence is not the only home for spooks in America. As I'm sure you know, there are eighteen federal intelligence agencies and organizations. Granted, not all of them employ "spooks" but several do. And, the mindset of those various kinds of spooks vary greatly. 😉😋🫡

Reincarnation is about clearing the karmic residues and helping the soul evolve. A birth happens in circumstances that give the soul an opportunity to shed past karmic effects and absorb new experiences for growth. It is not mainly a matter of personal choice, but more a necessity for the soul’s continued evolution.
