@GeistInTheMachine Nah ... A purely American answer (in today's climate) would want to be reincarnated as president elected by half the country and want to use that "mandate" to rule the world.

I wouldn't take the job of president. But make me Sovereign over all and I'd be a benevolent leader and bring pluralistic civil society to all in the world. 😉 (by force, of course.)
