A spirit talking through me named zetho calling Satan his master

Why would Satan who is fighting for souls manifest himself? I have heard voices in my head and please you people claim stuff that is not truth, I know and seen people with voices in their head. Its not pleasant and is mind torturing, I won't get to detail because the ones who have heard voices we do suffer tremendously that we sometimes need to go the E.R. If you aint hearing a loud speaker in side your head they are not voices.
