I used to have an old TV and the TV turned on without a reason and it scared my whole family. It was unplugged.
The house we used to live in was centuries old.
Me and my family had heard footsteps, seen doors open and close by their own and also seen shadows moving around in the hallway.
Found out later that a whole family died in that house.

@Tennessean I'm actually jealous. Is that weird? I'm jealous that I didn't grow up in a haunted house.

@LordShadowfire no not weird.

“Don't you believe in flying saucers, they ask me? Don't you believe in telepathy? — in ancient astronauts? — in the Bermuda triangle? — in life after death?
No, I reply. No, no, no, no, and again no.
One person recently, goaded into desperation by the litany of unrelieved negation, burst out "Don't you believe in anything?"
"Yes", I said. "I believe in evidence. I believe in observation, measurement, and reasoning, confirmed by independent observers. I'll believe anything, no matter how wild and ridiculous, if there is evidence for it. The wilder and more ridiculous something is, however, the firmer and more solid the evidence will have to be.”

Yes, mostly Evan Williams Black Label. Oh!!!!!!!! The other.
I believe there are things at work that we don't understand. I don't know that I would call them spirits.

@bowman81 I'm pretty sure I've encountered the ghost of a person who formerly owned the house in which I was spending the night, and that person didn't like me.
