Have you ever played with a ouija board?

Do you have any interesting stories about that?
Ouija board? - no. But I do hold a pen loosely in my hand, ask a question, and the pen moves by itsself to reply. Skeptics out there will probably say I move it myself but I have tried to put a slight resistance to the pen when it is going one way and I try to guide it in the opposite direction. I feel the resistance and it doesn't let me change direction.
First though, I state exactly who I wish to contact (not just any spirit). I ask to contact my higher self, to get advice and information. So far it works.

Yes, and not surprisingly nothing happen. Monopoly is more dangerous.

@Whodunnit So true, I lost childhood friends to monopoly *sob
Imagine you’re Chinese and want to make a board. It would need a small room.

People here believe a lot of weird stuff and never question the validity. The movement of the planchette is not due to spirits but to unconscious movements by those controlling the pointer. The same kind of unconscious movement is at work in such things as dowsing and facilitated communication.

Look up ideomotor effect for more detail.
Yes I swear a demon was there it was terrifying. I shook for 30 minutes after that experience never messed with it again
@SlippingAway oh no! im sorry that happened to you.
"It" supposedly said, "We are Xanadu people" whatever that is supposed to mean. Not so sure I WANT to know either.
I did when I was a kid.
@PhoenixPhail what happened? was it scary?
@AliceinWonderland No, not really. I wasn't supposed to take my hand off of .... whatever you call that thing. But I did, and the person I was doing it with kept moving it with her own hands. She said it would take both of our hands to make it move. After that, I didn't believe it really worked.

When my friend came back from Job Corps, one of the first things he did was came over to say hi. He walked into the house, and he saw our old Ouija board sitting on the counter in the laundry room. He assumed I had gotten it out so we could play with it. I assumed he had gotten it out.

Things only got weirder from there. We used it, because we didn't know any better. Whoever it was communicating with us told us we needed to make a sacrifice to the sun.
