what do you see when you look in the face of God?

I’ll give you two answers.
These are the two most powerful images and worth meditating on.

Firstly, your neighbour in need.
Matthew 25.35

Secondly, you see His goodness, His mercy, and His graciousness.
Exodus 33.19

Don't know, haven't seen it yet. I expect it is a hypothetical face, and in reality, death brings bliss rather than reunion and conversation

Thankful for making me last another day.

No human can look upon the face of God and live.

I believe that God has no face. The idea of God is a human invention and organized religion has caused more harm than good. The notion of seeing the face of God is a product of human imagination and it is a desire for meaning and comfort. There is lack of empirical evidence for the existence of God as we know it.
