@empanadas I once took a sleep aid with Diphenhydramine. It's in Benadryl and helps allergic reactions but also makes you drowsy. A big problem is that it can cause disturbed sleep

I took too many one time and I was drowsy af but I couldn't get into sleep. I laid there for hours in a weird state of very light sleep and constantly waking up lol

@empanadas it does that shit to me too. might as well have taken H, but without the 'i don't give a fuck, i feel amazing' effect. i actually hate it more than allergies. made me feel like the earth was dropping below me 😅

@SW-User yes, allergies are better than the side effects. Same, I felt like I being pushed down by gravity
