@empanadas I once took a sleep aid with Diphenhydramine. It's in Benadryl and helps allergic reactions but also makes you drowsy. A big problem is that it can cause disturbed sleep

I took too many one time and I was drowsy af but I couldn't get into sleep. I laid there for hours in a weird state of very light sleep and constantly waking up lol
