What do you base your beliefs on

Why do so many people base their beliefs on just the bible. And literary? Why would you not take everything into consideration. Logic and feelings. To me it's like trying to cross the lake in a boat but refusing the paddle. 🤣 And then saying the boat's no good 🙄

@Millerdog And part of my education has been learning about the spiritual world, which no one religion has a patent on. The most relevant parts of various religious are the common themes you find among them, IMHO.
