Get in touch with nature. Find happiness in what is right by you.

A garden can be quite small, but can express experience of nature. When on the beach pick up a stone and feel it. When you see a flower blooming on the side of the road inhale its scent. It will relax you. Here is my herb garden.

The butterflies and bees love the Nasturtiums.

Nice garden. I get out into nature every day. I love to observe what is going on out there, even in our garden.

Fortunately I have a beach nearby too.

But do be careful when picking up things on the beach; ya never know what might lurk beneath, or if that 'rock' might actually be a cone snail shell...

@Amyrakunejo Yes, it is safe. A few hermetic crabs. The occasional jelly fish. The tide comes in quickly though.
