A garden can be quite small, but can express experience of nature.

When on the beach pick up a stone and feel it.
When you see a flower blooming on the side of the road inhale its scent.

It will relax you.

Lovely.
But do be careful when picking up things on the beach; ya never know what might lurk beneath, or if that 'rock' might actually be a cone snail shell...

@peterlee I'd expect to find a lot of clams and the like in that sand...

@Amyrakunejo Yes, it is safe. A few hermetic crabs. The occasional jelly fish. The tide comes in quickly though.
