@AnnaBunny
Failures of science to instantly know all the details is an argument commonly used by faithfuls to slyly move the truth towards a deceitful and ridiculous conclusion.

What do you believe, if you don't mind me asking?
AnnaBunny · 18-21, FNew
@GodSpeed63 I believe that science provides clues useful to our rationally describing the natural provision of afterlife.

I don't understand belief in the Big Bang theory. Behind everything there has to be a Creator and God did not leave us to guess on this. Is this plain as the nose on a person's face. Even Hawking said, "Essentially, "there was never a Big Bang that produced something from nothing. It just seemed that way from mankind's point of perspective."

We can say with confidence, physics has found no confirmed instances of something arising from nothing. And I doubt it ever does. The concept that "something cannot come from nothing" is often associated with the Law of Conservation of Energy, which states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed. This principle is also reflected in the Law of Conservation of Mass, which states that mass is neither created nor destroyed in chemical reactions.

@DanielsASJ
Do you also believe that behind everything, there has to be a creator?

I don't believe there is anything existing at all. No thing. no creator. Get it?

ok
ok what? Do you expect me to believe that you understood what I was getting at?
jehova · 31-35, M
My only response we simply do not know. The big bang might have been by design? If the universe is infinite what portion have we observed? So far? "They" (and you) and I don't KNOW anything to be 100% true or false. Our archive of data increases constantly to allow more accurate observations and conclusions.

There is a possibility that something similar to what man calls the Big bang occurred. God said LET THERE BE LIGHT

One finds little reference to the first light but the first light which was invisible to the human eye they call cosmic microwave radiation light and that light is extremely bright. That light was released within the first three seconds that the singularity occurred. That was a burst of light, atoms, protons, neutrons, etc. visible light such as we see today did not occur until some 3 million or so years later. Wish I could post a picture but maybe YouTube will survise.

At this time neither side can prove their theory . You saying there was no big bang is no different from someone saying god didn't create life . You have a theory , they have a theory . To me both sides are saying believe me because i say so .
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@GodSpeed63 you say you are right because you know you are right because you say you are right because you know you are right because...
kodiac · 22-25, M
@GodSpeed63 Stories are not proof. If jesus was reserected why didn't he show himself ? Why didn't he stay on earth ? You speak about how god sacrificed his only son ,but it's no sacrifice if with a wave of his hand he could bring him back to life .
@kodiac I think you may be assuming he didn't. He did show himself, plenty of times.

As you said. Who are you to judge.
lol whatever dude 🧠
GerOttman · 61-69, M
The two are in no way mutually exclusive. The big bang and biblical creation story are remarkably well aligned. Its really just a matter of scaling what we call time.
GerOttman · 61-69, M
@newjaninev2 and so, not everyone can see th ed other side of the mirror. look deeper, beyond what you can see.
newjaninev2 · 56-60, F
@GerOttman why are you talking about mirrors?
GerOttman · 61-69, M
@newjaninev2 it's not about mirrors, it's about the reflection of reality and the perception of the ethereal plane. it's not here, it's there, but you have to feel it. Just try!
redredred · M
You’re entertaining, I’ll give you that. Based on a sample on approximately 1/1,000,000,000 of the total you have identified a flaw. Never took statistics, right? Then you trot out that crazed loon Ken Ham. Did he peer through the fixed firmament above the watery bowl of the sky to make his finding or did he just look up the answers already printed in the KJB?

Give it a rest, there no god and the bible is really the Goatherders Guide to the Galaxy, a work of silly fiction for people who didn’t know they were living on a globe.
GodSpeed63 · 61-69, M
@redredred
Whatcstatement do I have to prove?

That God doesn't live, as you claim, and that His Word isn't true; this also is one of your claims. You haven't done it yet. What have you got against God that you insist on claiming such nonsense?
DocSavage · M
@GodSpeed63
Than prove god. And which one.
Without proof your option is meaningless.and I don’t need to believe.

If there wasn’t a big bang, what about the firmament?
There doesn’t seem to be evidence of that either. Kind of hard to miss it.
The only thing we can conclude from a tiny study of 263 galaxies is that more data is needed.

DanielsASJ · 36-40, M
Where there is a 'MAYBE, WOULD HAVE BEEN, WOULD BE, MAY HAVE BEEN', There is no science whatsoever. Are humans too result of The Big Bang? And on topic that scientists are crazy enough to think that if creatures on Earth breathe Oxygen, then creatures somewhere in the other galaxy would be breathing oxygen too. That's crazy assumption.Big Bang in itself is as crazy assumotion as The theory of Evolution.
nobodyishome · 31-35, F
Ohhhh big bang is sooooo true. So, God (Allah) is inside a supermassive blackhole. He started extending His kingdom from there, and then created one thing and then another to balance it and then another to balance that thing and then another to balance the first two things and then like that and then like that. That's how the ratios in the universe are so accurate, and if they go a lil offset even a 0.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 offset, then everything will collapse. Literally. :) Will you buy me cigarettes now :)
GodSpeed63 · 61-69, M
@nobodyishome
So, God (Allah) is inside a supermassive blackhole.

You may be right about Allah, ma'am but my God, the Great I AM, lives outside of time and space with no black holes. Where'd you get the idea that big bang is true?
nobodyishome · 31-35, F
@GodSpeed63 Allah told me.
GodSpeed63 · 61-69, M
@nobodyishome
Allah told me.

Be truthful, do you really believe that?
DocSavage · M
they know God lives but refuse to acknowledge that Truth.

Be fair, the crime scene is pretty compelling.
jehova · 31-35, M
@GodSpeed63 so why always start with disagreement? Certainly we can be friendly whilst still disagreeing.
GodSpeed63 · 61-69, M
@jehova
so why always start eith disagreement? Certainly we can be friendly whilst still disagreeing.

Why not? People have a right to believe what they wish but are responsible to believe in the Truth rather than the lie. Without the Spirit of God dwelling in them, no one can know the Truth of God.

lmao

There is no need to try to force science to be the bad guy.
Without Big Bang the Fine-Tuned Universe theory collapses
