Were you an old soul as a child?

My mother called me an old soul when I was listening to her problems at work and I gave her some convincing advice.

People said so, because I read a lot, was quiet, and got along better with adults than other children.

I just think I had/have severe anxiety and kids have always stressed me out. Still do. Lol
