I don't fit in a box

I don't really fit in to any specific religion. Yes I love God and prayer especially the rosary. But I also love to read Oracle cards and meditate with crystals. I live with my boyfriend I'm not married.So I am not a Christian. I'm not into manifestation or thinking crystals have healing powers so I can't really call myself new age, although that is probably the closest fit. I don't cast spells or circles so I'm not a witch. I'm just spiritual and I'm happy with that. But it's awkward to describe my beliefs to someone else. What do I say? Well I'm not a Christian but I believe in God?. Well I'm spiritual but not religious?🤔

For some years i was really interested in crystals. They are very pretty and I had to be honest with myself and admit they did nothing for or to me 😔

@revenant yes indeed. I use them more to keep me focussed something to hold and fiddle with whilst meditating because I have anxiety.

@PatKirby gosh I used to love her ! has she become a hermit somewhere ? nahh i spent way too much on green jade and peridot which were supposed to make me wealthy in the first place 🙂

I used to believe in pyramid power myself. As a teenager I even built a three foot tall pyramid, then sat in it expecting universal energy to focus on me. I can give you the recipe for the mushroom tea I brewed.

1 part mushrooms, 1 part water, 3 parts stupid.
