Creationists, what do you consider to be THE BEST example of evidence which shows evolution has not happened? [Spirituality & Religion]

That's not evidence, it's testimony. Additionally, it's testimony the interpretation of which is not agreed upon even by people who believe it is indeed the word of god.
You can't prove the bible is the word of god by any empirical test and it cannot therefore be considered as evidence in any scientific sense.

So what would you consider to be the best example of evidence which shows evolution has not happened.

I would tell the court that by the Word of God and by the Spirit of God id the reason that I won my case. Also, I would show them that Yahweh is the Author of science being that science points to Him.
