Does this verse in Isaiah acknowledge the existence of other gods? It seems explicitly to do so. If not, why not? [Spirituality & Religion]

In that day the LORD will punish the gods in the heavens

No. It doesn't say 'gods' in that verse. Isaiah recognizes that there is only one God, Yahweh, through the Spirit of God. read Scriptures, will you?
