From a Christian perspective: If indeed we die and stay in death like sleep until the Resurrection, what does that say about Near Death Experiences? [Spirituality & Religion]

How do NDE's where people claim to see heaven or loved ones line up with what the bible tells us about the dead being dead until the day of Judgement?

You just answered your own question. NDEs are God's way of showing people Heaven and Hell since people have hard a time believing that God lives and there is a Heaven and a Hell.

So why do people from other religions see their versions of the after life?

They don't.

People from other faiths experience NDEs in the context of their own religion.
Fact.

Don't need to. The truth is that those religions are man made and do not hold to the Truth of God.
@GodSpeed63

Do try to keep up. If you claim that NDEs are god's way of showing people the afterlife then you need to explain why people from other faiths see their cultural afterlives and not the Judeo-Christian one.
Now stay with me here, sport: If you reject their experiences as acts of god then you also reject NDEs from Christians as acts of god unless you can present sufficient reason that Christian NDEs deserve this exception.
Otherwise it's just special pleading logical fallacy and there is no god but allah so the question is

Can you supply sufficient reason for the exception or can you not?

You keep forgetting, you're the one at bat, not me.
@GodSpeed63

You're the one demanding special exception. Your excuse has no relevancy here.

What excuse? I'm just stating facts. You're still at bat and you have two stikes against you. For your own sake, do not strike out.
