From a Christian perspective: If indeed we die and stay in death like sleep until the Resurrection, what does that say about Near Death Experiences? [Spirituality & Religion]

How do NDE's where people claim to see heaven or loved ones line up with what the bible tells us about the dead being dead until the day of Judgement?

The bible is a load of rubbish but life after death isnt .I experienced something , dont know how to explain it . I tell you I was dead or close to death and what I experienced was not of this world .Even when I woke up I saw things that means their is something after this earthly life .My dad passed away many many years ago but he visited me in hospital and he was a young man again looked fit and healthy something he wasnt when he passed .Their were alot of wierd things happened I cant explain including a granparent I barely knew who had also passed , I was surrounded by a blue nothingness and a nurse by my bed telling me I had to wake up my family needed me and kept asking if I was alright .I seemed to be laying under a blanket in midair just surrounded by blue nothingness , it felt like some wierd time warp .It wasnt a tunnel it was just blue all around me .Its hard to explain but a vivid memory to this day .

@Pikachu It was very wierd .When I woke from my coma apparently I had been so close to death my family had been called to my bedside I wasnt meant to wake up.

@Pikachu yes it was .It confirmed what I had thought for many years , when our earthly body dies there is definitly something after .Life is too short in the big scheme of things for our earthly existence to be all there is .
@Rhodesianman

Hopefully true👍
