I can’t see how you can not see there is a contradiction between the two positions. I have a car which proves there is the designer but I do not say the car is an end in itself.
Nature gives us many signs of the existence of God, as the Bibleitself says, We do not worship God through nature
@Speedyman an aposteriori argument of god’s existence based on the experience of nature. it’s a classic theological argument.

It’s arguing the obvious@CopperCicada
@Speedyman in some sense, that's what a posteriori arguments are. at least to those who argue them.

i'm sorry that happened. As with so many other things (politics, art, medicine, science), worship gets replaced by fence-raising, details, and ritual.

Going to a farm doesn't make you a cow and going to church doesn't mean you understand. It's why I stopped going.

You continue on your path.

They are persuaded by people who claim to know.

Yeah, their only function here is to assert that they’re right and everyone else is wrong and must believe as they do. It’s exactly the kind of thing that puts me off of religion. They talk so much about their experiences as proof of God but they won’t listen to anyone else’s experience.

Nature reveals Gods existence..

But nature does not reveal God as in his will or His majesty..

This nature is currently a fallen imperfect nature and thus to use it as a revelation of the nature of God is actually insulting the perfect nature of God..
