If psychics are real, why has there never been even one single case of a person demonstrating these powers under controlled conditions? [Spirituality & Religion]

I actually met someone who predicted all kinds of things for me. I know it might be just chance but still. She was scary accurate

Well that's why psychics continue to get paid. It's easy to make a person believe, especially if they already want to.

I remember a friend of mine who was skeptical of psychics getting a reading and then being amazed by how well the psychic read her. She told me about the "amazing" things the psychic had predicted and for virtually all of them i was was thinking "Yeah, that prediction applies to me as well".🤷‍♀️

@Pikachu she did it as a favour for me because i took her to see Niagara falls. Marriages,kids,future events,deaths etc. With gipsy cards. Im not saying it’s real but still a great experience i will never forget

For sure. Like i said, if people didn't feel like it was working then psychics wouldn't still be a thing.
But the fact remains that under controlled conditions, none of them has ever managed to demonstrate this supernatural ability.

@Pikachu yeah,I watched james Randi videos too.
@SW-User

lol James Randi. Yeah some of those videos are pretty hilarious. But i feel that in those videos the people being tested often didn't really believe they had powers, they were just trying to win the prize.

I'm more interested in cases where the person genuinely believes they have this power. Although those are more heartbreaking.

@Pikachu there was this reporter who interviewed a lady with psychic abilities. She got paid handsomely for searching for missing kids. So the reporter showed her a picture of herself as a kid. The psychic failed miserably and walked out

lol. womp womp.
