Another HUGE nail in the coffin for creationism: [Spirituality & Religion]

If Noah's flood really happened, why do we never find a dinosaur in the same geological layer as a human or a dog?
Why no whales in the same layer as mosasaurs?
Why no Apatosaurs in the same layer as elephants?

If all the animals were overcome by the flood at around the same time, why do we NEVER see these animals in the same fossil layers anywhere on earth?

Okay. We get it. You are right. But the laws of logic, physics, reason and the time/space continuum dont apply to the faithful. It doesnt matter if the believe in Vishnu, The flying Spagetti monster, or one of the gods of Abraham. The laws of time, space and IQ are wasted on them. Would you deny a child the joy of Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny? Of course not. Leave them be. Let them have their belief. Its not as if they are going to be disappointed when they are all dressed up and go nowhere.

@whowasthatmaskedman It wouldn't matter what beliefs they held if they just went quietly about their business. The problem is that they don't, they attempt to force their beliefs on others. They'll tell a child Santa isn't real but they get really upset, even violent, if anyone dares suggest their god isn't.

@Sharon I have two words for such people "Prove it" and when they tell me they dont have to I have two other words.
Sharon · F
@whowasthatmaskedman That's OK, here, not so easy IRL when they accost you in town.

@Sharon It is difficult unless you are prepared to be embarrassing or offensive to them I admit. I am old enough so that neither is a problem for me.
Sharon · F
@whowasthatmaskedman I am so prepared if necessary. There have been a few times when I've literally had to tell them to "FUCK OFF!" Then they get all offended and claim "There's no need to be like that, I'm only trying to give you good news about Jesus."

@Sharon Try telling them to send you a postcard when they get there.

@whowasthatmaskedman I have tried telling them to follow the wise counsel of Gen. 9:1 - Anglo-Saxon translation. ;) Unfortunately it usually goes right over their heads.

I enjoy the discussion and debate.
No one need participate who doesn't want to🤷‍♀️

@Pikachu I get that.. And I get that Missionary zeal comes mostly from their side, as does intolerance and a lack of reason. And when the Zargon Hordes invade and their god is bigger than our god your point will be proved.. And they still wont listen.
@whowasthatmaskedman

lol probably true.
But remember: when you debate, you're not trying to convince your opponent. You're trying to convince the people watching.

People with less skin in the game. People who may not be as firm in their position.
And again, it's just a good time😉
