As far as I know when I did quantum mechanics the cat wasn’t alive or dead but it was in or out of the box. The probability of it being out of the box is so small as to be totally beyond the realm of calculation. But it just shows that the matter is so complicated and mysterious by the time we talk about God who created matter then how far he is above our finite minds
