Can the bible be considered a guide to morality when at best it tacitly endorses and at worst [i]explicitly[/i] endorses taking child sex slaves?

@Pikachu Good point. I love books so that really says something. lol If you are a believer and a good person then you HAVE to cherry pick. Although the ones that accept it all I think are secretly monsters. Cause how could you accept such verses in the bible unless you are a monster. It really shows the kind of person a person is.
I also find those kind of people are actually bible worshipers. (idol worship) People like Answers in Genesis, and Jack Chick are well known Bibliolaters. Yet the bible itself says that God write his laws on the human heart. Not a book.
Hebrews 8:10 "For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my laws into their minds, and write them on their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people."
2 Corinthians 3:3 "And you show that you are a letter from Christ delivered by us, written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts."
Romans 2:14-16 "For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law. They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse them on that day when, according to my gospel, God judges the secrets of men by Christ Jesus."

sort of tells you all you need to know, doesn't it? Quite right to characterize them as bible worshipers.
@Pikachu Yeah I don't see what is so great about the Bible that people would die for it. Religious experiences on the other hand I can understand. Those can def change your brain. But the bible is a meme (thought parasite).
