Why do you think that god won't allow anyone with a disability of any kind to be a priest and make offerings? [Spirituality & Religion]

don't confuse God with religion..they're complete separate

@booboo exactly. Most of the Athiest just likes to Target religion just to blame Jesus but they're not the same and they missunderstood about having a relationship with God other than just Religion

@booboo Well said 💜
@booboo

That has always been a problematic sentiment to me.

How do you know about your god if not through your religion?
booboo · M
@Pikachu religion is man following 'rules'.. real Christianity is based on 'trust' in God..
@booboo

Sure, but aren't these rules ostensibly rules laid down by god?
BalmyNites · F
@booboo I so agree, religion is pomp & ceremony, while God is unreserved faith 💜

@Pikachu those rules (commandments) were put in place for us to realize we can't meet His requirements, so that's the reason Jesus died and resurrected...to be our advocate before God... so we 'trust' in Jesus, just as He did in His Father when Jesus walked the earth.. that's how we are to live in this life..by trusting... it's so simple that it's a stumbling block to the 'doers'..
@booboo

No...no i don't agree with that at all and i'm sure many jews would agree with me lol.

In any case, what we're discussing here are specific rules that are explicitly ordered to be followed to the letter when it comes to how to present offerings to the lord.
@Pikachu If you're a Dispensationalist, you can throw out all that crap from Leviticus and only keep the parts you like.
@LeopoldBloom

lol well we certainly see a lot of that.
