Can you believe some of these Satanist rituals? You wring the neck of a dove, squirt its blood on the altar... [Spirituality & Religion]

...then grab it by the wings and tear it in half before finally burning it!
Piper · 61-69, F
Yes, I can believe people have done that. Very cruel and sick, like most "rituals" that involve killing any being in allegiance to any entity...or belief.
Peapod · 61-69, F
@Piper, same here. I question a lot of things, but would never ridicule another for their beliefs as I know you would not either.
Peapod · 61-69, F
@Piper "Also, the only "faith" I did, have or would criticize...is when that "faith" justifies killing or harming other beings in the name of faith to a deity."

Ditto to that!

@Peapod 🤗

Ya know since I do believe that a small amount of things that were written, someone must have done it before. I really do feel sorry for whatever bird it happened to back then, that's really sad.
given that the thing is dead by the time they have wrung its neck.....
I wonder what they are symbolizing and looking to gain from this.
Not enough to google it obviously. Im only here until the song im listening to ends.
@nonsensiclesnail

evidently it ingratiates them to their chosen deity

we're made to worship! Are you thinking about throwing a dove in too? Don't do it!
@Carazaa

A turtledove or a young pigeon will do lol
