If i tell you that any of the apparent design you saw in the universe was not the work of god... [Spirituality & Religion]

...but of time traveling humans or aliens, can you prove me wrong any more than i can prove you wrong about god?
Am i then just as justified in believing that as you are in believing a god is responsible?

Good point, I'd be curious to see how they justify it.

Me too. I suspect the bible will enter into it. Beyond that i expect to hear that the universe must have come from somewhere and therefore it is more justifiable to believe a god is responsible.

@Pikachu After seeing further responses, you're getting a lot of red herrings, I think we both know why but I won't go into it lol. The answer is if one believes that God just created the whole universe without such evidence other than the bible, than it could very well be aliens or time traveling humans also but they won't tell you that ;)

How can I or anyone prove that God created the earth, and that he is with those who love Him. I think you have to look at the Christian countries and see they are prospering, and Christian families and see that they are successful, and talk to someone who has faith and has seen God move in many peoples lives, and talk to many very successful and happy scientists and their families. The really successful scientists that I have seen in my home, visiting researchers from all over the world, are curious people. Not only about science but about why we are here, where we came from, and how to be happy and be successful. They ski, play the piano, have bands, they paint, write books, travel everywhere, and read everything including the Bible.

Science does not answer the vital questions they have, so they aren't fanatical about what they do in general, it is a reward for being curious and diligent at work and highly educated. The most vital questions are where did we come from, why are we here, and what is our purpose for living, and how to have success. Science only answers some, not all, and it doesn't give a road to successful living, hope for the future, and why we are here, and what happens to our soul, and that there is someone who will help us when we are discouraged.

The Bible answers all those questions. It gives us hope for the future because we know someone loves us and will help us. "We are fearfully, and wonderfully made" God tells us. God has a purpose for all of us. To live our best life. This life is very important, but short. I have a strong faith and believe God gives me wisdom daily of what to do, and he helps me. I would have never been as successful in my field if I hadn't leaned on God. I would not be writing books, I would not have been able to have a business, or overcome so many obstacles, and also have fun, ski, and travel. Why I love the videos is because Dr. Tour is a great scientist and knows many scientists, and like myself he will admit we know nearly nothing. The more we know, the more we know that we don't know very much at all. But the Bible tells us all that we need to know to have a very successful science career, or to be successful in anything in life! Who but Jesus can take away all your sins so you stand spotless in front of God, and who else but Jesus answers prayers, and gives us promises for tomorrow, and tells us the future?
