Christians: do you believe that the WHOLE bible is the inspired word of god? [Spirituality & Religion]

If so, how do you reconcile the many immoral things in the bible like the owning of slaves, the inequality of women and the murder of homosexuals?

Now, this is a bit of a gotcha question but i am still genuinely interested in how the faithful reconcile these immoral things with the idea that god is unfailingly moral and just or that the bible is the ultimate source for morality.

Genesis 38:24 was when Judah (not God) called for a pregnant Tamar to be burned at the stake. Fortunately, he had a change of heart and let her and the baby live.

@Harriet03 Hold on, I'm looking up the rest of those verses. But you were wrong about Genesis 38:24.

@Harriet03 Genesis 19:24 is when God destroyed the wicked cities of Sodom and Gomorrah. Nothing about abortion there.

@SW-User So nobody was pregnant in 2 whole citys 🤔

@Harriet03 It took man a while to get it right. Kudos to King James for being the one to finally get it right.
