@MarmeeMarch I already have, if one of the angels of God is willing to silence one man for wanting to name a child any name other than the one God wants, then it is pretty clear by the fact God made no reaction to 2 important characters in the Bible getting married, one being 12, paints a very clear picture.

Not sure why you're getting so contentious about this. You've already admitted that the bible is not the ultimate divine source of morality.
So why couldn't joseph stick it in a 12 year old and you can still believe that god is great?

If her child was "the son of God", presumably god screwed her first. Obviously he thought it was OK for a 12 year old to be pregnant.
