Loki is not the smartest in norse mythology. he might be the most cunning but he is not the smartest and he is not a hero, he is the cause of Ragnarok

complicated is good though :)

haha not many look and see that though, so not the only one at all
Hikurai · 41-45, M
Well, I am glad you like complicated. I will keep that in mind. 😊

It is my job to pay attention to details, so overlooking something so simple is an insult to myself haha but that's okay... I will get there in the end.

complicated keeps you on your toes I guess

I'm of Germanic heritage, so the Norse tales are special to me. I also have a soft spot for Summerian mythology.
Hikurai · 41-45, M
@Straylight ah yes! Sumerian is great too. You have to go to the roots. Also, Mesopotamian, and Akkadian. The Epic of Gilgamesh is an amazing tale.
Straylight · 31-35, F
@Hikurai What I found interesting about Summerian creation myth is that gods and monsters are not really described as good or evil, rather they seem to represent order and chaos. For such an early civilization, law and agriculture that gave them a place in the world versus forces of nature that they could not control would have been the big conflict.
Hikurai · 41-45, M
@Straylight yes, back then people didn't believe in good and evil just forces of divine influence. This is similar to how the ancient semetics viewed God (or El-shaddai).
I love Greek mythology.

@GreenGoddess me too
Hikurai · 41-45, M
@GreenGoddess Greek myth is good. It has been popularized for years and years with so many iterations. In fact if you like Greek myth you should check this webcomic https://www.webtoons.com/en/romance/lore-olympus/list?title_no=1320

Oh.... I cannot stand Loki, of course he is usually the solution, he has to revitalize his name and reputation somehow! 😉
Hikurai · 41-45, M
@JaggedLittlePill love Loki but I am a natural troublemaker, so I guess I can relate to Loki's idea of a good time. Haha
