Because it always ends up coming to "So what do you believe" and when I tell them that I'm not religious they instantly start treating me like an idiot 馃う

i'm sorry you have been treated this way. i am a believer and you are far from an idiot. God gave all men free choice. therefore who are we t condemn you for your choice. i am a deep believer n God but tha doesn't mean everyone needs to be and fwiw, many here call me an idiot and insult me for my faith.

We all come from different backgrounds....different understandings...different ways of being brought up. Not everyone is going to believe the same...nobody is the same. No one is higher than you or anyone else and these people who treat you like an idiot aren鈥檛 worth your time. No one should be treated badly by what they believe or not believe.
