Most (not all) 80’s songs that become ear worms are actually OK by me. There are exceptions! Oh yes there are. But 80’s music is most fine by me. @CestManan

@stratosranger ONE huge exception is that song called "Piano in the dark".

@CestManan It took me a while to realize what song this was until I got to the hook. I did not recognize the title. It’s not an ear worm (for me at least). It is absolutely 80’s Schmaltz, no questions asked. But it’s not the kind of song that persists in my head like godawful Sussudio or We Are The World. 😉

I think it comes down to repetition. That’s what makes for a good(?) ear worm. Is that song annoying? I’d agree that yes it is. @CestManan
