Are you a person who can't understand why some people don't like you?

I alternate between the two. I go from thinking I'm a likable guy, and nobody has a reason to hate me, to thinking I'm worthless and nobody has a reason to like me.

At some point, I'm hoping my brain will settle down somewhere in the middle.
