People Who Work Shitty Jobs Deserve As Much Respect As Any Other Sentient Being

Regardless of whether the consumer or the employer thinks the job is important or not. A lot of the stress people in the service have to deal with is not the workload itself but the stuck up pigs that they have to take abuse from several times every shift. As much as they can blame it on the employees and excuse the disrespect with "Get a better job." They'd be the angry red faced sweaty pigs should those employees move onto greener pastures and not be stood at checkout having the self entitled c***s shit down their throats because your shake costs 25 cents more.

If you treat people with dignity, they are more content. ☺️

@Desertteddesert What do you think people who "make it on their own" do exactly? Get a private education paid for by the bank of dad? Instantly rise to success without ever having to work a shitty job in their lives? Nobody makes it on their own, people need support and networks for growth. Thinking of people who are going through hardship as ants, is a typical low life mentality of a comfortable middleclass Npc who thinks themselves elitist (Not to throw the entire moddleclass into that category.

@Desertteddesert Nobody truly "makes it on their own" . . this is a myth propagated by a few selfish individuals to make themselves feel better. We are social, interdependent creatures and everyone is entitled to be treated decently.
