That’s not even possible. Celebrating our distinctive social and cultural identities is the way to go. One thing to watch out though is abusing that concept by promoting exclusionary policies or celebrating practices that are armful to other groups. In other terms don’t use diversity as an excuse to encourage White Supremacy, Extremist religious groups. Like in free speech, not everything in “diversity” is good.
