@Jeremi I think once we realize we [b]need[/b] to change, it's the biggest motivator. I've been there myself and staring that reflection down isn't comfortable, but it's imperative, so I'm proud of you. Remember that it's also important to surround yourself with the right people as well, as their behavior; negative and or positive can affect your growth.
