I keep forgetting I'm at work sometimes when I clap back at rude customers.

Honestly the mask just keeps slipping and I've been letting rude ones have it lately. I don't use profanity but I completely match their energy. I'm tired very very tired of unprovoked rudeness.

@AngelUnforgiven No matter what job you have nobody should tolerate blatant disrespect and employees should be allowed to defend themselves against it.
