On a scale of 0 to 10 how stressed out are you?

What's making you feel stressed?

Personally, I feel like I'm close to replying '11' 馃槶
My house is a mess, I'm so busy with our kid while my husband is working abroad for another couple of days. I have to take him to day camp and back which is an hour drive altogether, cook when I get home, think about where and when to buy bread to make his lunch, all trying to combine it with working overtime at work, and my colleague the HR Manager just resigned after working here for 3 months 馃槶 I'm supposed to go on holiday next week and everyone is already panicking and asking me who will be the back up. Well guess what, there is none XD We have 3 people starting up during my holiday, one from another country where the payroll still needs to be set up in detail, one with a work permit that is also still ongoing for feedback, and one where I still need to arrange perks for. My boss can't decide upon which laptop to buy 馃槄 just kill me now haha XD
I need a holiday, but I can't afford it work-wise. If I go on holiday now, I'll just be stressed about it all as well when I'm not doing anything to solve it 馃槶

I'm as close as you can get to a zero, literally pisses off people that I'm so calm and mellow.

@Ferric67 Teach me your ways pretty please! XD

@kimmy159 1) sleep 2) dietary habits 3) physical activity/exercise

Make time for you. If you get quality sleep, your body is recalibrate the way it likes. If you eat the right things, in the right quality at the right time....your body will be in its best position to optimally function. Exercise burns off nervous energy.

@Ferric67 Aghhh I should've known the secret would be hidden in all the things I struggle doing XD I do love to sleep though, it's just that I don't get enough of it, partly because of me, and partly because of my toddler :p

@kimmy159 quality sleep is huge. Length isn't the lone determinant to quality. You need all parts of your sleep cycle, you need to wake up at the point of the completion of the cycle too (hence, why sleep length alone isn't the absolute answer here).
