Why do men do this

Men often act nice towards me just to hurt me later. Most men around me or men i often tend to come across often make me feel like a dumb loser.

Note : I am not dating any of them. Most of them have wives at home. Only some of them are young.

I would guess you are good looking and that's the first attraction.
You don't have to take crap from anyone.
There is a certain male ego that believes it deserves the beautiful and young and any resistance is unreasonable no matter how slight or gently communicated.
I'd run from those types.
A good man will treat you kind and get to know you.

I'm not saying they should be pigs to you about it.
What I'm saying is regardless the behavior is unacceptable and you don't have to take it.
