The best friend I ever had I met on EP but we didn't meet until SW times. We would see each other about once a month and texted every day. He passed away years ago though. He was an incredible person.

I would after some long chats and personal shares in messenger. And that is a No for you men here as a rule unless again personal chats and shared interests between us, but only as a friend if the person is male, no gay or bi stuff ever.

@Howudoin No, there is actualy more to this ... cynicism. They were in love..and the person in England had health problems that would make it much harder for them to fly. So, there is also that.

I have driven 5 hrs and 9 hrs to meet people from EP. I've considered flying for one person, just hasn't happened yet. Maybe some day, I have my passport now but I'd rather they come here.

@Howudoin Lol omg but one of them, the person lived in a very rural town. I had to turn down a dirt road with embankments higher than my windows on both sides of the road.

It was well after dark when I got there and I think a new moon so it was pitch black.

The thought dawned on me that this maybe wasn't such a good idea and I very well could be driving to my demise where no one would even hear my screams.

Thankfully it all worked out fine.

I met someone from EP before. Have had the lack of proximity and interest combined here. Everyone i would meet either isn't nearby at all and/or I have no idea where they are.
