All the men took their hats off to show respect

Didn’t see one man awkwardly late to the display looking at others doing so, thinking “Oh, maybe I should take my hat off too.” I love when it just comes to them. Even if they aren’t informed of the rules of proper etiquette, yet they simply know what to do. You remove your hat to display a sense of vulnerability to the loved ones of someone who has passed. 🫡

@Jexie I’m at party where a small ceremony was conducted to honor the founder of the event, who passed almost 10 years ago, and every man I saw with a hat took it off without being prompted to. I love that! I find myself low-key hating men for how they are, but this gives me hope in them, lol.

@Jexie I’ve had guys randomly buy me drinks at the bar. But such interactions are shallow. When they’re able to show such respect on a much deeper level, that makes it far more meaningful.
