If the birth rate is declining it's because people are removing the safe institutions that made it okay to have children. A lot of people don't realize that anti abortion laws have that effect. Because lots of things can just go wrong or it could be the wrong time for someone, removing all safety nets makes it so that women no longer want children.

Women are realizing the social control that both men and "pick me" women are having over us and simply opting out.

Aside from abortion, lack of access to child care, the elites blaming the poor, no health insurance and other social issues have people not giving birth.

Lack of access to proper food etc.

So yes low birth rates but it is a self inflicted g un shot wound on societies part. They made it that way, they can lay in their own dirt.
