Ask your self, write down, and brainstorm with someone that knows you well and that you trust.
These 4 questions.
1. What Makes me happy? He helped me identify some of these things.
2. What makes me satisfied? (fills my time and i can "be adequately occuppied")
3. What used to make me happy\satisfied?
AND Im still working on
4. What will\do i expect will make me happy from here forward?
Its best to do this with someone that knows you well\are able to be honest\open with.
