@hippyjoe1955 It's not that you disagree with people like Marx, it's how you disagree and your reasons. Most of the reasons the right wing gives are fallacious and kinda of along the same lines as the cold war days back to anti communist propaganda when they punished teachers and killed left wing Catholic nuns. I can name some things I'll agree with right wingers on and I have no trouble doing that.

But also, I can't actually find any common ground partly because your party since the slave trade ended (slavery has always existed I'm just meaning in context of the South when the parties changed,) has only cared about what the gay people are doing, preserving a white European Christian marriages, abortion and taking away womens healthcare. Just like they don't believe how others should get welfare, no childcare, no free school lunches and love child slavery and lowering the age of consent in some states.

These to me aren't true conservative issues, the parties aren't even the same. Conservatives language reminds me of Trump's reality show, you're fired. It's too simplistic and just weird when we have more pressing issues like our mass incarceration rates, the war on everything which actually makes things worse, no child care, women's health mortality rates going up and other issues.

I just can't care about how you feel anymore as those issues that you care about personally are a non issue to me, it's just part of your identity maintenance and that's it.

Nothing of any substance nor value.
